POLICE CHIEF - TOWN OF BOXBOROUGH
Seeking qualified applicants to lead 7 FT officers, 2 FT sergeants & 7 PT special officers & share management of Dispatch with Fire Chief. Requires proven record of leadership; exec. management skills, incl. budgeting; knowledge of police admin, community outreach, teambuilding & expertise in effective customer service. Requires BA in criminal justice or related field & 7 years min of progressively responsible experience, at least 5 of which must be in an increasingly responsible command position, or equiv. combination. Also requires police officer cert, firearms, CPR & 1st responder cert; valid MA motor vehicle lic; must be CORI certifiable. Computer skills essential. Salary: DOQE & bene.
