Bahamian Police Women Association Conference

Grand Bahama police woman will host a two-day conference, November 22 -23, 2009. Delegates are expected from throughout the Caribbean, including Curacao Bermuda, Guyana and Grenada. Some of the topics that will be discussed include: A new perspective - how women can change the face of policing; Redefining the stong will women; Delivering exceptonal customer service; Let's make it happen: Women networking, leading, changing. Among the keynote speakers will be IAWP's immediate past president Dr. Amy Ramsey, Ontario Police Department as well as Roberta Clarke, the Region Program Director of the United Nation Development Fund for Women, Willie Moss of Graham, Thomspon and Co. and Missouri Sherman-Peter, National Security permanent secretary.
